INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) COURSES

The department of Information and Communication Technology is designed to equip students with knowledge and professional skill, in order to have a mastery of various ICT's and other related applications. IPS stands tall and proud as one of the few institutions among many in the country, to offer a very rich course program in this department - one meeting global standards. We seek to build role models and pace setters, and professionals who can transform Cameroon and Africa as a whole into an ICT power house. Thus, we are guided by this strong vision.

To this, we constantly update and introduce new courses in this department as need arises. We offer the following courses in this department;

Students are expected to take on the Government Diploma Exams upon completion, organized by the Cameroon Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training. It should be noted that some ICT courses such as Video Production, Cisco CCNA, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Web Development are not covered by the Government Exams. However, these might be incorporated in due course.
